After successfully setting the record for the largest Cha Cha Cha dance in 2016, the City of Kidapawan wanted another shot to the Guinness Book of World Records.
This time, the city dubbed as the "City of Fruits and Highland Springs", is aiming to set new records at Guinness for the Largest Samba Dance and the Longest Samba Dance in the Street.
To be held on February 12, the Guinness World Records attempt will be the highlight of Kidapawan City's Charter Day Anniversary celebration.
It will be participated by different sectors in the city including public and private schools, government and private agencies, city government employees and officials, business community and the tourism sector.
The city government of Kidapawan is targeting atleast 15,000 participants for this activity.
