A remarkable turnout of over 100,000 individuals graced the recently concluded Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.
Led by House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, alongside nearly 50 congressmen and government officials, the two-day event saw the participation of 55 national agencies, offering a total of 329 programs and services for constituents from Sultan Kudarat province and neighboring areas.
Sultan Kudarat Governor Datu Pax Ali Mangudadatu heralded the fair as the beginning of enhanced service delivery under the Bagong Pilipinas initiative.
"Bagong Pilipinas is the best Pilipinas we can ever give to the Filipino people," Gov. Mangudadatu stated.
With a total value of P1.2 billion in services extended to constituents to boost economic activity across the entire SOCCSKSARGEN Region, this includes P200 million in cash assistance from agencies providing financial aid, P150 million under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS), and numerous other programs.
Furthermore, almost half a million kilograms of rice were distributed to beneficiaries.
Governor Mangudadatu affirmed his unwavering support for the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., ensuring the province's stability and the welfare of its citizens.
The Bagong Pilipinas Pagkakaisa Concert held in the evening was also a resounding success, showcasing renowned celebrity performers and artists such as popular rappers Gloc 9, Flow G, and Skusta Clee, along with Joseph Marco and Angeline Quinto. The event drew in thousands of enthusiastic attendees from Sultan Kudarat and neighboring provinces and cities, making it a memorable affair.
